This project involved a complete renovation of a residential house in Romford, covering every major room from the ground floor through to the upper level. The client wanted the property brought up to a modern standard — updated finishes, better use of space, and a layout that worked for everyday family living — without losing the original charm of the house.
A&S carried out full refurbishment works including re-plastering, flooring, updated kitchen and bathroom fittings, and fresh decoration throughout. Structural and cosmetic elements were coordinated closely so the property could be handed back as a single, cohesive finish rather than a series of separate jobs.
